Common questions
How fast is my server online?+
As soon as payment clears your Rust server is assigned to a node in your chosen region and installs automatically. Small games are ready in about a minute; big Steam downloads can take a few minutes. Our measured average is shown on the home page.
Can I upload mods, plugins or my own world?+
Yes. The panel includes a full file manager with drag-and-drop uploads, an in-browser editor and archive extraction. You can also download your full server as a backup any time.
Can I switch plans later?+
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from the client area and we'll prorate the difference. Your files, world and settings are kept.
What if I need help?+
Open a ticket from the client area. Our support team runs game servers themselves and responds around the clock.
